- Photos you upload for estimating and job documentation.

- Communications — emails, texts, and CRM notes related to your estimate or job.
How we use information
- Respond to Easy Estimate requests and provide quotes
- Schedule, perform, and invoice tree services
- Operate, secure, and improve our Site and CRM
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms (including scheduling fees when applicable)
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run the business (for example hosting, email delivery, CAPTCHA/security, and analytics). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Photos
Estimate and completion photos are stored to quote and document work. They are not published on the Site unless we have a separate understanding with you. See Terms for the limited license you grant when uploading.

Retention
We keep estimate and job records as long as needed for quoting, scheduling, billing, warranty/follow-up, legal compliance, and legitimate business records.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
The Site and Easy Estimator are intended for adults seeking tree services, not for children under 13.
